 Welcome to Lackawanna’s website. We hope you will use this website to its fullest extent as we have worked hard to give our members one of the best resources they have as part of the Lackawanna Sail & Power Squadron. Whether you are looking for our calendar, payment voucher, our calendar, looking up another member through our online roster, the weather, photos, or links to other websites, we have it here! Our social calendar reflects our four formal squadron get-togethers (Spring Meeting, Sail/Power Day, Fall Meeting, and the Holiday Party) over the next year. Our primary summer social event, Sail/Power Day will be held at Sandy Hook Bay Marina in Raritan Bay. The event will feature powerboats and sailboats of all sizes, personal watercraft, and a family dinner at a beautiful marina over looking New Jersey’s own Sandy Hook and Raritan Bay. Our spring and fall meetings are catered dinners with interesting speakers sure to pique everyone's interest. I encourage each and every one of you to expand your boating knowledge by signing up for one of our courses. While the Bridge and I work on expanding our social calendar we would like you to expand your knowledge of boating. Our advanced grade courses and electives are one of the best things to do during the cold winter months. If you have some time and would like to volunteer, please become a table proctor for our Public Boating Course. We can certainly use the help.
